At The Soul Retreats, we believe in maintaining clear and transparent policies to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy has been carefully designed to provide fairness while also helping us manage reservations efficiently. Cancellation Policy

1. Guest-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellation 7 days before check-in: Full refund
  • Cancellation 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

2. Date Modifications

  • Date changes are allowed once, subject to availability.
  • Rate differences may apply.

3. Early Check-Out

No refunds for unused nights after check-in.

4. Special Holiday Dates

Peak dates (long weekends, festivals, New Year) may have non-refundable bookings.

Refund Policy

1. Valid Refund Cases

A refund is applicable only in the following conditions:

  • Booking cancelled as per the cancellation policy
  • Double booking due to system error
  • Refund approved due to property-related issues

2. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed via:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer
  • Same mode of original payment

3. Refund Time

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Last-minute cancellations not covered in the cancellation policy
  • No-shows
  • Early check-outs
  • Guest-caused damages or policy violations
